A DECISION on whether to allow plans to build a new shop at Rushgreen Service Station in Lymm has been delayed.

Councillors on the planning applications sub committee voted to defer the decision on the Rushgreen Road plan after hearing new detailed evidence had been handed to the planning department and the committee also voted in favour of a site visit.

Clr Bob Barr (LD - Lymm) also asked whether the matter could be moved to the development management committee meeting to be decided on due to the size of the scheme.

The committee it will go back to will be decided before the meetings, which are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, September 17 and 18.
