They were reportedly collared by police officers when entering the site earlier at 9am today, Friday.
The men are currently being questioned by police.
A request has been made for Cream, which operates the festival, to comment.
There has been no response at this stage.
Creamfields opened at noon today, Friday, to the public with up to 65,000 revellers expected.
The festival closes on Monday.
