YOUNG people in Warrington can now cast their votes to decide what issues will be debated by members of the Youth Parliament.
Last year, nearly 500,000 young people across the country had their say in what the UK Youth Parliament’s national campaigns would be with 2,285 young people from Warrington taking part.
Make Your Mark is the only national ballot which gives young people aged 11 to 18 the chance to decide what members of Youth Parliament should debate and vote on during their sitting in the House of Commons.
Young people choose from a shortlist of topics and the top five are then debated in the House of Commons on November 14.
Voting is now open and ballot papers are available at schools and colleges.
Young people can also vote online by visiting mi-voice.com/mym.
