Flat fire in Bewsey on Saturday
A FIRE investigation is taking place after a man had to be rescued from a flat blaze on Calgarth Avenue in Bewsey.
Crews were called on Saturday at 9.20pm to the ‘well-developed fire’ within the first floor flat and used a fan to clear the smoke while after dousing the flames.
It is not thought the rescued man suffered any injuries.
