IT has been a record breaking year for students at Warrington Collegiate with many gaining top places at prestigious universities and specialist colleges across the country.
This year’s BTEC results are some of the college’s best yet with 70 per cent of students gaining grades in the top 25 per cent of students in the country.
Principal Paul Hafren said: “We’re proud of our students who have worked extremely hard to achieve these fantastic results. I’m sure that many of them will go onto even greater achievements in the future.”
Warrington Collegiate had further cause for celebration after it was placed in the top 25 per cent of colleges for developing students’ employability skills.
