STAFF from Golden Gates Housing have been armed with digital technology to provide more help to tenants.
Thanks to a £600,000 cash injection, it is part of a plan to help prepare the organisation to deal with the affects of welfare reforms.
The alterations have seen GGHT launch a new dedicated neighbourhood team which consists of 28 neighbourhood officers who deliver services across small areas.
The officers use the latest digital technology allowing them to spend more time in their patch and provide a visible presence to tenants.
GGHT director of housing management, Peter Fitzhenry, said: “It is good to see that our new neighbourhoods team are already making such a positive start.”
