Firefighters tackle late night blaze in Appleton
TWO fire crews were called to The Dingle in Appleton following reports of a blaze yesterday, Monday.
Firefighters attended the scene on Dingle Lane at 10pm and found a tree stump was on fire.
The fire was extinguished and the area has been cordoned off as the tree is believed to be unstable.
