Footy match helps St Rocco's Hospice raise £2,000
SEVEN-A-SIDE football teams went head to head in a battle which helped raise more than £2,000 for St Rocco’s Hospice.
Ombudsman Services organised the tournament at Culcheth Sports Club which saw their team take on those from O2, Nviron and HSBC.
Chief Ombudsman Lewis Shand Smith said: “St Rocco’s Hospice does fantastic work for the local community all year around and we tried to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful cause.”
The total raised was £2,083.
