BAIL has been extended for a 38-year-old man arrested in connection to the fatal collision that killed cyclist Terry Brown.
Merseyside Police confirmed on Tuesday the suspect has been re-bailed until September 15.
The man, from Great Sankey, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, following the crash on Warrington Road, Bold Heath, on February 18.
Mr Brown, a 47-year-old father-of-three, also from Great Sankey, died following the incident, as a result of a head injury.
A member of the North Cheshire Clarion Club, the cyclist was involved in a collision with a car.
