Warrington children's nursery evacuated after fire
A CHILDREN’S nursery had to be evacuated on Friday afternoon after a blaze involving a cooker.
Crews were called to St Elphin's on Fairfield Street at 3.35pm and doused the flames before a high pressure fan was used to clear the smoke.
It is not thought anybody had been injured.
