POLICE are appealing for information after a 21-year-old man was robbed by two men on Troutbeck Avenue in Bewsey.

The incident happened at 2am on Tuesday.

Two men, who he did not know, attacked the victim, who suffered bruising to his eye.

The injury did not require hospital treatment.

A bag containing clothes, a set of keys and phone were stolen.

Police have issued descriptions of the robbers.

The first man is described as white, around 5′10" in height and of a medium build, and is described as having some facial hair.

He was wearing a blue waist length coat with a hood.

The second man is described as white, around 5′4", with short dark hair and aged around 23 to 24 years-old.

He was wearing a white t-shirt with stripes across the front and long blue pants.
