THE new executive director for the families and wellbeing directorate at the council has been announced.
Steve Reddy, who currently holds the position operational director for adult social care services, will begin his new post in August after almost four years of working for the council.
He said: “Taking on the executive director role is a significant challenge - one that I am incredibly proud to be asked to do and really looking forward to.
“Since joining Warrington I have always been struck by how proud everyone is of the town and how committed everyone involved with the council is to ensuring they do the best they possibly can for the people of Warrington.”
Clr Terry O’Neill, leader of the council, said he was delighted to announce Mr Reddy’s appointment.
He said: “We are very pleased to welcome Steve onto our senior management team. His in-depth skills and experience will help us deliver our far reaching ambitions for the town and drive forward our agenda for our families and well-being services.”
