FUNDRAISERS made sure they were not late for an important date as they were rewarded for their hard work.
The Warrington Christian Aid office showed their appreciation to all their volunteers by putting on a celebratory Mad Hatter's tea party. The event was held at Bold Street Methodist church, on Palmyra Square North last week.
John Griffiths, a volunteer who attended the event, said: "Thursday's thank you tea party was great with inspirational news from the Philippines and a powerful focus on Christian Aid week. Meeting the team and other volunteers is always an encouraging spur to further action."
