MP praises work of volunteers in the Warrington community

THE role volunteers play in helping charities and organisations across the country has been highlighted by Helen Jones MP.


The Warrington North MP spoke out as Volunteers Week, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, runs until Saturday.


Helen Jones said: “Volunteers’ Week is a great time to recognise the incredible contribution volunteers make to our communities and have been making for the past 30 years.


“There are 106 voluntary organisations in Warrington North and many of them rely on the dedication, energy and commitment of their volunteers in order to support people in our communities.“

Yeh did notice Nick but they are all the same, try and take credit from someone's charitable work is dredging the bottom of the ship canal in my eyes.

Can the guardian rename all Helen Hines articles to "Helen jones jumps on bandwagon of other peoples efforts again" I have maybe mentioned this once or twice before. Surely I cannot be the only person to see this is all she does.

Sorry iPhone auto correct if course it's Helen jones not Hines,Helen Hines could be a lovely lady for all I know.
