WARRINGTON Guardian editor Nicola Priest held a ‘Meet the Readers’ surgery at the Cockhedge Shopping Centre last Friday.
Nicola, along with web editor Catherine Lawler and Ben Leach and Pat McNulty from our newspaper sales department, took along the Warrington Guardian sofa so readers could have a rest from their shopping while they chatted.
Free copies of the Warrington Guardian were given out so that new readers could see what they are missing and readers told Nicola what they liked or disliked about the Guardian.
Catherine was there to capture the event on video as well as snapping a host of photographs.
The Guardian would like to thank George Wesson, Cockhedge centre manager, for welcoming us to the shopping centre.
