KEY nuclear organisations Sellafield and The National Nuclear Laboratory are hoping to inspire a new generation of talent next week during the Amazed by Science festival.
Sellafield is hosting four days of nuclear-focused events at Orford Park.
The events will run from Tuesday to Friday and will include a range of interactive displays, such as a glove-box and a remote handling machine, allowing children to try their hand at being a nuclear worker.
The activities being organised have been designed to inspire and excite young people about the fantastic opportunities available to them in careers relating to STEM subjects.
Parents in Warrington and across Cheshire are being encouraged to sign up for alerts and information at about the event programme and highlights at amazedbyscience.com.
