FOUR men have appeared in court after being charged with supplying drugs after a specialist police operation saw 10kg of heroin worth £1m seized.
Imran Malik, aged 38, Gameal Adawee, aged 44, and Alan Holding, aged 47, all from Warrington, face allegations of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
A fourth man - Tariq Kaliq, aged 43, from Wilmslow - has also been charged.
Holding and Kaliq, who appeared by video link at Chester Crown Court on Monday, are expected to enter a plea at the next court date on June 17.
Malik and Adawee, who were present in court on Monday, will attend a hearing on August 1.
Police say the men were arrested between April 19 and May 6 as part of Operation Komodo.
It was carried out by a task force featuring Cheshire Police’s Force Crime Operations Unit, West Midlands Police and the National Crime Agency.
