Stephen Strutt
POLICE a man wanted after breaching conditions of his release from prison has links to Cheshire.
Stephen Strutt, aged 32, is wanted after failing to comply with the conditions of his licence after being released from prison in October 2013.
Strutt has known links to the Wythenshawe and Cheshire areas.
Anyone with information should phone police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
