Warrington Borough Council support event
AN event to raise awareness of mental health problems will be held at Warrington Market today, Thursday.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Warrington Mental Health Forum, Mood Swings network Warrington, Creative Remedies, Warrington Borough Council and Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group have joined forces to host the event from 10am to 4pm.
The event will focus on one of the leading causes of mental ill-health in the world, anxiety.
Volunteers will be on hand to provide information around anxiety and practical support offering relaxation techniques.
