CROSFIELDS will once again be hosting Armed Forces Day at Hood Lane Recreation Ground, Great Sankey on June 28.
Forces stands, stalls and an inflatable assault course will be available on the day from 10.30am as well as sides playing for the annual Tom Sephton Memorial Trophy in memory of the Great Sankey soldier.
Veterans charity Blue Apple will also be at the event and are calling on residents to bring along on the day 1p, 2p, and 5p coins as well as hosting a raffle.
Cash raised on the day will got towards helping veterans in the north west who suffer from PTSD.
