STRETTON Post Office will close its doors on Saturday as works start on transforming the branch.
The Beehive Stores, on Tarporley Road, will have an open-plan branch with longer opening hours for customers.
The new Stretton Post Office will offer Post Office services from a till at the retail counter alongside retail transactions throughout shop opening hours.
The new hours will be open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
The works will see the branch closed until 1pm on Thursday, June 5.
Customers are advised to use Stockton Heath Post Office, on London Road, or Latchford Post Office, on Knutsford Road, during the closure.
