Woman taken to hospital after rush hour Sankey Way crash
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a car crash on Sankey Way this morning, Tuesday.
The North West Ambulance Service was called at 8.25am to reports of a two car collision and found a female patient in her early 30s had suffered a back injury.
It is thought she has been taken to Warrington Hospital as a precautionary measure.
The incident caused long delays for motorists heading into the town centre during the morning rush hour.
