The medical centre which closed in February
A SPECIAL meeting of the scrutiny committee will be held on Monday over the closure of Sankey Medical Centre.
Many patients were left in tears over the abrupt closure in February as they were given a few weeks notice of the news and told they would now have to travel to Orford for treatment.
A period of 30 minutes will be allowed during the meeting at 6pm at the Town Hall for members of the public to ask questions and have their say.
