Teenager charged in connection to indecent exposure outside Golden Square
POLICE have arrested a 14-year-old male in connection to reports Golden Square staff were flashed by a man last week.
Officers say the teenager, from Newton, has been charged with indecent exposure and is due to appear at Halton Magistrates Court next month.
He was arrested following a CCTV appeal on the Warrington Guardian website.
The images were released after police were called by Golden Square staff last Tuesday.
A man was reported to have exposed himself on Legh Street at 3.20pm.
