PLANS for Caffe Caruso to relocate to the former Waysiders shop on Horsemarket Street will be discussed on Wednesday.

The move has been recommended for approval for the development control committee after the Warrington Guardian revealed earlier this month one of the town’s oldest family-run stores is preparing to close its doors at the end of April.

The application states the shop front will not change apart from signs and the owner of Caffe Caruso is keen to move as its current home on Bank Street will eventually be knocked down as part of the Bridge Street regeneration scheme.
