Callands man fined for carrying cannabis and cocaine
A CALLANDS man has been handed a £200 fine after being caught with cocaine and cannabis.
Daniel Rowan, of Chepstow Close, appeared at Halton Magistrates Court today, Friday, after pleading guilty to possession of controlled Class a and Class b drugs.
The 27-year-old will also have to pay £85 court costs.
