FITNESS fever is sweeping the town as fundraisers prepare to raise cash for Sport Relief.

Residents can sign up for the Sport Relief mile at Victoria Park on March 23 with the option of one, three or six mile courses.

Livewire is also hosting a 12 hour spinathon on March 22 at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub and a swimathon on March 23 at Woolston Neighbourhood Hub.

Culcheth Community Primary School is also running a large event at the school on March 23 with races starting at 10am while on April 8 children and families from the Sunshine Children Centre and Sandy lane Children Centre will set off on a sponsored walk around Orford Jubilee Park.
