DON’T start bulk buying your sun tan lotion anytime soon as the hot weather weather in Warrington will disappear by the end of the week.
The town is currently basking in glorious sunshine with temperatures reaching 12c, slightly above the average weather for this time of year, which is normally 9c according to the Met Office.
But the unseasonal warmth is not expected to last with the weather to return to average temperatures before the week is out.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: “Temperatures are just above normal for this time of year but there is plenty of sunshine about. The weather is expected to return to 9c by the end of the week.”
