MOVE over Ellen DeGeneres and your Hollywood friends...Warrington residents have been proving they are just as good at striking a pose for the camera.

The Oscars host caused Twitter to crash during the awards ceremony on Sunday night after snapping a selfie of herself with stars including Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep and Kevin Spacey.

The picture became the most retweeted image in Twitter's history but not to be out done residents have now been recreating the picture with their own Warrington selfies or 'welfies'.

E-mail, tweet or Facebook us your Warrington selfies in places you love in the town using #Welfie and we will include them below.
