Drug gang get total of 217 years in prison

To recap, a large part of the Brookhouse gang! which smuggled £100m worth of cocaine, heroin and MCat into the north west, have been sentenced.
Brookhouse gang jailed for total of 217 years.
Teenager dealer, who cannot be named, jailed for one year six months.
Nabeel Issawi, aged 24, of no fixed abode a dealer, jailed for eight years.
Christopher Coogan, aged 22, from Liverpool, son to Christopher Morris, jailed for four years, six months.
Preston's dad, aged 55, from Liverpool, Francis Porter jailed for four years.
Christopher Morris, aged 30, from Liverpool, who also ran own drug operation, jailed for eight years.
Anthony Preston, aged 36, from Liverpool, who ran own drug business with cocaine bought from Rahman and Ali, jailed for 11 years.
Court hears other 6 members are all connected to drug dealing brothers.
Rahman, brother to Oman Ali, is jailed for 17-and-a-half-years. Played a major role, but slightly less so than sibling, judge says.

Judge is sentencing Manchester 'dealer's dealer', Omar Amin. He sold cocaine and heroin in deals of several ounces to other dealers in Manchester.
Judge says all were involved in 'sophisticated criminal enterprise'.

There's a heavy police presence here today, with a number of officers outside the courtroom searching anyone entering public gallery.

Eight members of the Brookhouse drug ring have yet to find out their fate.
Sentencing for remaining members of the 22-strong gang will start at 2pm.

Stephen Crane, from Leicestershire was found guilty after a trial.
He gets 17 years as a transporter in the plot
