Transport chiefs to meet in Warrington

Warrington Guardian: Clr Linda Dirir Clr Linda Dirir

FIGURES from transport in the town will take part in a conference on public transport.

Clr Linda Dirir, executive board member for highways, transportation and climate change, will open the conference of TravelWatch NorthWest and speakers including Alyn Jones, specialist transport services manager from the council, will talk at the event.

The conference takes place in the Beamont Room, Winmarleigh House, Winmarleigh Street, on Thursday, between 10.30am and 3.30pm.

Places are limited for members of the public to attend and to register your attendance contact John Moorhouse on 07807 768124 or e-mail admin@travelwatch-northwest.org.uk.
