Orford shoplifter warned about her future behaviour
A SHOPLIFTER who stole more than £500 worth of items from Asda has been fined and warned about her future behaviour.
Karen Swift, 52, from Toll Bar Road in Orford, took the goods totalling £566.80 from the store in St Helens in December.
Swift, who pleaded guilty, was given a conditional discharge at St Helens Magistrates for six months.
She was also fined a total of £100 which will be taken out of her benefits.
