Many happy returns for Warrington balloon company
A BALLOON company will celebrate its first birthday on Sunday.
Poppy’s Balloons, based on Warrington Business Park, is offering a free birthday balloon to a tot who is celebrating their first birthday on the same day.
The winner will be chosen at 6pm on Friday and will be announced on the company’s Facebook page.
