Racist abuse case dropped
POLICE have dropped the case against two teenagers arrested over racist abuse seen in the town centre.
PC Graham Davies, of Warrington Town Centre NPU, said no charges will be brought as witnesses did not want to attend court.
A 15-year-old female and 17-year-old female were arrested following a CCTV appeal in the Warrington Guardian.
The incident happened at 4.30pm on Wednesday, October 30.
Two black females reported being racially abused and threatened when walking from Sankey Street to Hatters Row.
