CHESHIRE Constabulary has again been ranked highly in a list of the best places to work for people from the LGB community.

Stonewall, a charity committed to working specifically on sexual orientation and issues lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) people face in the workplace, complies a ‘Workplace Equality Index’ each year.

This year, the force has been placed 41st overall in the index from nearly 400 entries from organisations nationwide – putting Cheshire in the top four police services in the index.
