Man charged after New Year's Day neighbour row
POLICE have charged a man with assault following a row in Padgate on New Year’s Day.
Jonathan Buckley, aged 55, was arrested outside of his home on St Benedicts Close at 12.30pm.
Buckley is alleged to have attacked a neighbour.
He is due to appear at Halton Magistrates Court on February 5.
