Hawleys Lane wheelie bin fire was arson - firefighters say
FIREFIGHTERS say a wheelie bin blaze in Dallam was arson.
They were called to Hawleys Lane at 9.20pm on New Year's Eve to find the bin on fire. They put it out using a hose reel.
They say the fire was started deliberately and are asking witnesses to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
