SINGING and signing helped bring money in for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Warrington BSL Signing Choir performed in Golden Square shopping centre and used the occasion to help raise money for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a national charity and centre of excellence in training dogs to alert deaf people to important sounds and danger signals in the home, work place and public buildings.

For many people these dogs transform their lives and are a practical alternative to technical equipment.

The BSL Singing Choir has also donated £250 which will go towards sponsoring a puppy.

The long established choir is made up of the original deaf members and regularly perform and raise money for the Deaf Centre, on Wilson Patten Street.
