DIANE Brookhouse has been found guilty of helping run her husband’s £12m cocaine ring.

Mrs Brookhouse, aged 42, of Coronation Avenue, Grappenhall, was found guilty by a majority verdict at Warrington Crown Court today, Friday.

She showed no emotion as the verdict was read out.

She was convicted of conspiring to supply cocaine, methylmethcathinone and diamorphine between May 15, 2012 and April 7, 2013.

The mum-of-two has been bailed until January 6 when she will be sentenced alongside husband Richard Brookhouse, who ran the operation, and other members of the drugs gang.

Mr Brookhouse has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine.

Sentencing is expected to take four days at Warrington Crown Court.

Co-defendant Stephen Crane, aged 55, from Lutterworth, was found guilty of supplying cocaine and diamorphine between May 15, 2012 and April 7, 2013.

He will also be sentenced on January 6.

Ikhlaq Hussain, of no fixed abode, aged 25, also on trial, was found not guilty and cleared of all charges.
