A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection to a fatal collision on Lovely Lane outside of Warrington Hospital.
Balbinder Dhillon, aged 39, of Montana Close, Great Sankey, is due to appear at Halton Magistrates Court on January 24.
He was arrested following the incident at 6.50pm on Thursday, April 25.
Mum Donna Davies, aged 42, died after being involved in a collision with a black Audi.
