CHRISTMAS arrived early at schools and nurseries across Warrington.
Many have performed plays and nativities in the run up to the end of term - and we have been out and about to capture the moment.
Pupils from foundation stage and key stage one at St Paul of the Cross Primary School in Burtonwood swapped the classroom for centre stage during the run up to Christmas.
Let All the Earth Rejoice is a play written by parents Gail and Mike Stubbs with Olivia Alderson taking on the role of Mary and James Morris as Joseph.
Foundation stage and key stage one manager, Anne Watts, said: “This has been an exciting experience for the school.
“It has been challenging and great fun for everyone involved. We have piloted the play in the hope that it will be produced commercially next year for people to purchase.”
