MORE than 300 people were helped by the Warrington Open Door at Christmas (WODAC) charity last year.
And volunteers will be on hand again in town to help people homeless and isolated this year.
The charity, at St John’s Church on Wilderspool Causeway, offers refreshments, meals, toiletries and friendship.
They also provide tea, toast and a three course meal as well as warm clothing such as new socks, hats and gloves along with food parcels for those who were unable to attend.
This year a chiropodist and a hairdresser/barber will be available.
It runs between 9.30am and 3.30pm daily with lunch served at 12.30pm.
If you need transport call 444914 and if you want to volunteer, visit wodac.org.uk
