HUNDREDS of Santas stepped out in Birchwood on Sunday to raise money for charity.
The Brainwave Santa Dash took place through the streets of the town.
Mayor Clr Peter Carey, Brainwave ambassador Ryan Atkins and young athlete Abi Fitzpatrick started the race which raises cash for the good cause.
Brainwave helps children from across the north west, including many from Warrington, with developmental delay by providing physiotherapy for families at the centre and setting up programmes families can follow at home too.
With no statutory funding, it relies on fundraising to keep its vital work going.
The programmes give the children different schools and greater independence.
