Town Hall tribute to Nelson Mandela
THE Union Flag is flying at half mast at the Town Hall after the death of Nelson Mandela.
A book of condolence has also been started for residents to pay their respects to the former South African president.
The book will be on display for the next week and anyone is welcome to come to the Town Hall to pay their respects and take a moment for quiet reflection.
