Warrington man dies in Spain

A WARRINGTON man has died in Spain.
Alan Clare, known as Bundy, died earlier today in Benidorm.
The 35-year-old is understood to have fallen from a balcony in the holiday resort.
A player for Bank Quay Bulls rugby league club, he had been on the books at Salford as a younger man.
He is a former employee of Martin Dawes.
A Foreign and Commonwealth Office spokesman said: “We can confirm the death of a British national in Benidorm on 6 September.
"We are providing consular assistance at this sad time.”
Tributes have been flooding in on Facebook.
Ste Arnold said: "Shocked and gutted to hear of bundy's passin he was top bloke and it was an honour and a privelage to play alongside one of the original bank quay allstars,sad day, rest in peace bund.x"
And Danielle Greenwood added: "So sorry to hear this devastating news what a lovely guy! My thoughts are with your family rest in peace Alan 'Bundy' Clare xx another life taken far too soon xx"
