A PENKETH High School employee taught pupils a lesson in how to win a quiz show after getting 10 out of 10 questions right and scooping the jackpot prize.

Stella Moore, who works in the maths, business and ICT team, was selected to take part in the ‘Win the ads’ game on ITV programme Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and came away with three holidays, a car, more than £1,000 and a new boiler.

The delighted Great Sankey mum to Ben, aged 26, was entered to take part by her daughter Molly, aged 17.

Her friend Lynne drove her to London for the show after husband Brian could not get it off work.

The part time bar maid at the Sportsmans Arms said: “I had told everyone I was going to be on the show so I think the whole of Warrington was watching.

“The pupils were clapping me on Monday morning and everyone has been so lovely.”
