A COLLECTION of expensive watches have been stolen from a house in Castle Green.

Police are now appealing for information following the burglary on Friday between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.

Intruders entered through an upstairs window and swiped the watches and other jewellery.

Two Omega Constellation watches, three Tissot watches and a Seiko Prestige watch were taken, along with a gold ring, necklace and earrings.

DC Nat Lewis, who is investigating the incident, said: “We are doing everything we can to trace the items and return them to their rightful owner and we are also appealing to anyone who has any information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen items or anyone who is offered any jewellery similar to the items mentioned to get in touch.”

Anyone with any information can call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 1120 of March 15 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
