A PENKETH hairdressers had another reason to celebrate after taking first place at the Lancashire championship hairdressing awards.
Carl O’Neill, who runs O’Neills with his wife Mel, won the Lancashire championship image of the year award and was presented with a cheque for £100, trophy, medal and certificate which are now proudly on display in the salon.
The Warrington Road stylist will now be put forward to the national hairdressing championships in June this year.
He said: “We are both thrilled to bits to have received this award in a heat that we are both very passionate about.”
