VOLUNTEERS from the Peace Centre will be holding a bucket collection before Warrington’s game against St Helens on Friday.

Organisers are asking fans to dig deep and support the charity which was set up after an IRA bomb killed three-year-old Johnathan Ball and 12-year-old Tim Parry.

Chief executive Nick Taylor said: “It is sure to draw a sell-out crowd and given that it is the closest home match to such a sensitive anniversary we are asking everybody to support the collection as the funds are vital to keeping the Peace Centre operating.”
