FROGHALL Lane is closed for emergency repairs for five days after a major fault on electricity cables was detected.

Scottish Power is tackling the problem under the railway bridge on Froghall Lane which has seen the road closed from its junction with Midland Way and Bewsey Road.

I think a traffic island would work better there than the current traffic lights.

It wouldn't be such a problem if the lights at Froghall Lane/Midland Way had a proper filter system with cameras etc. The traffic wouldn't back up so much.
